The journey begins in Huabal
High in the mountains of Huabal, Cajamarca, Peru, coffee grows amid elevation, local knowledge, and patient work. Sierravía is being built to bring that origin closer to people who want to know where their coffee comes from and who stands behind each harvest.
Relationships before transactions
We are building direct relationships with farmers and learning from the practices that already sustain quality at origin. Our approach centers respect, collaboration, and transparency, without presenting developing plans as established operations.
Quality, cared for at every step
Our aim is to support high-quality processing and clear traceability from farm to destination. Every lot should tell an honest story: place, people, and care.
Our mission
To build a lasting bridge from Huabal to the world, expanding economic opportunity in the community while helping Peruvian specialty coffee earn the recognition it deserves.
What comes next
We are preparing the path toward future green-coffee exports. We will share real progress as relationships, processes, and export capacity take shape.
